采用多导描记技术分别观察了硝基左旋精氨酸(L-NNA)和左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)腹腔注射(剂量分别为50mg/kg,110mg/kg)对大鼠睡眠及动脉血压的影响。结果:L-NNA显著抑制慢波睡眠和快眼动睡眠,使动脉血压升高。L-Arg对睡眠及血压无明显影响。预先给予L-Arg,再给予L-NNA可逆转L-NNA所致的睡眠缺失和血压变化。提示:内源性-氧化氮参与睡-醒周期的调节,L-NNA对睡眠的影响并非血压升高所致。
The effects of L-arginine (L-NNA) and L-arginine (L-Arg) on the sleep and arterial pressure of rats were observed by intraperitoneal injection of 50 mg / kg and 110 mg / Impact. Results: L-NNA significantly inhibited slow wave sleep and rapid eye movement sleep, arterial blood pressure. L-Arg had no significant effect on sleep and blood pressure. Pre-administration of L-Arg followed by L-NNA reverses L-NNA-induced sleep loss and changes in blood pressure.
