本实验旨在建立明胶中L-羟脯氨酸测定的方法。采用比色法对明胶中的L-羟脯氨酸含量进行测定,结果表明,本方法的检出限为0.26 g/100g,回收率为92.59%～101.25%,RSD为1.42%,可用于明胶中L-HYP含量的测定。
The purpose of this experiment is to establish a method for the determination of L-hydroxyproline in gelatin. The content of L-hydroxyproline in gelatin was determined by colorimetric method. The results showed that the detection limit of this method was 0.26 g / 100g, the recovery was 92.59% ~ 101.25%, RSD was 1.42%, which could be used for gelatin Determination of L-HYP content.
