8家A股上市银行2006年年报披露完毕,银行高管年薪均在百万元以上。而与国有银行高管高薪的同时,普通员工们的收入却非常之低,相差达数十倍之多。石油、电信等国家垄断企业内部的收入差距也已经接近5倍。这种巨大的收入分配差距,带来了企业内部薪酬的不公平待遇,更可能导致企业凝聚力的丧失,对企业长远发展的负面作用超乎想象。
Eight A-share listed banks in 2006 annual report is completed, the annual salary of bank executives are more than one million yuan. And with the high salary of state-owned bank executives, ordinary employees are very low income, a difference of up to ten times. The income gap among domestic monopolies such as oil and telecommunications has also been close to five times. This huge income distribution gap has brought unfair remuneration within the enterprise, more likely to result in the loss of corporate cohesion and its unimaginable negative impact on the long-term development of the enterprise.
