采用放射免疫法和硫代巴比妥酸荧光法对COPD患者和健康人的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)进行了检测,并采用改良的Boyunn法分离、固定淋巴细胞,并对外周血淋巴细胞线粒体膜磷脂进行组织化学定位的研究。结果表明,COPD的不同病期与SOD、MDA、淋巴细胞线粒体数目及膜磷脂的改变有相关性。病程长、病情重,MDA则升高,淋巴细胞线粒体数目增多,线粒体膜磷脂定位呈现不同程度的改变。提示氧化和抗氧化失衡与COPD患者外周血淋巴细胞线粒体膜磷脂的改变有明显的相关性。
The levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in COPD patients and healthy volunteers were detected by radioimmunoassay and thiobarbituric acid fluorescence method. The modified Boyunn method was used to isolate and fix the lymphocytes , And the histochemical localization of mitochondrial membrane phospholipids in peripheral blood lymphocytes. The results showed that different stages of COPD with SOD, MDA, the number of mitochondria and lymphocyte membrane phospholipid changes are related. Long course, severe illness, MDA increased, the number of mitochondria increased, mitochondrial membrane phospholipid localization showed varying degrees of change. It is suggested that there is a significant correlation between oxidative and antioxidant imbalances and changes of mitochondrial membrane phospholipid in peripheral blood lymphocytes of COPD patients.
