本文研究了芽孢杆菌DY-3对盐胁迫下烟草幼苗生长和生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:菌株可显著提高烟草幼苗的苗长、根长、鲜重和干重,显著提高烟草叶片中叶绿素含量、相对水分含量、脯氨酸含量和酚类物质含量,显著降低叶片中丙二醛含量、细胞膜透性、Na~+和Clˉ含量。这说明菌株DY-3可提高烟草幼苗的耐盐性。
In this paper, the effects of Bacillus DY-3 on the growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of tobacco seedlings under salt stress were studied. The results showed that the strain could significantly increase the seedling length, root length, fresh weight and dry weight of tobacco seedlings and significantly increase the chlorophyll content, relative water content, proline content and phenolic content in tobacco leaves, Aldehyde content, cell membrane permeability, Na ~ + and Clˉ contents. This shows that strain DY-3 can improve the salt tolerance of tobacco seedlings.
