本文研究了芽孢杆菌DY-3对盐胁迫下烟草幼苗生长和生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:菌株可显著提高烟草幼苗的苗长、根长、鲜重和干重,显著提高烟草叶片中叶绿素含量、相对水分含量、脯氨酸含量和酚类物质含量,显著降低叶片中丙二醛含量、细胞膜透性、Na~+和Clˉ含量。这说明菌株DY-3可提高烟草幼苗的耐盐性。 In this paper, the effects of Bacillus DY-3 on the growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of tobacco seedlings under salt stress were studied.
