女性尿道粘膜脱垂是一种较少见的女性尿道疾病。我院自1982年至1987年共收治11例,均出现嵌顿并伴有不同程度的绞窄,现报告如下: 一、临床资料 1.一般情况:本组11例,年龄7～69岁,其中14岁以下儿童8例,55岁以上绝经期妇女3例。病程7～75天。均在基层卫生院间断用过抗生素治疗,效果欠佳。 2.临床表现:11例尿道口均有不可复性肿物,呈暗红色或紫红色;11例均有尿频、尿急、尿痛及排尿不畅;8例有尿道口烧灼感;10例有不同程度的出血,其中8例内裤有血污,2例疑月经来潮;6例伴有低热(37.5℃左右);7例下腹膀胱区胀痛;4例双侧腰痛。 Female urethral mucosal prolapse is a less common female urethral disease.
