管道试压是检验输气管道工程质量和保证管道安全的重要手段。GB 50251-1994《输气管道工程设计规范》对输气管道试压作了详细规定,是指导我国输气管道试压的最基础规范,该标准于2003年、2015年进行了修订。针对地区等级划分与设计系数选取、强度试验要求、严密性试验要求等管道试压关键问题,对GB 50251-2003、GB 50251-2015与ASME B31.8-2012《输气与配气管道系统》相关规定的差异进行了对比分析。结果表明:与采用0.8设计系数的ASME B31.8-2012相比,GB 50251-2015首次在一级一类地区采用0.8设计系数;在各地区等级沿线居民户数和(或)建筑物的密集程度的要求上,ASME B31.8-2012较GB 50251-2015更严格;在强度试验与严密性试验方面,GB 50251-2015对GB 50251-2003进行了补充和修改,降低了其保守性,但与ASME B31.8-2012相比仍然存在不全面之处。
Pipeline pressure test is to test the quality of gas pipeline projects and to ensure pipeline safety is an important means. GB 50251-1994 “Code for Design of Gas Pipeline Project” provides detailed provisions on pressure test of gas pipelines and is the most basic norms to guide pressure test of gas pipelines in our country. The standard was revised in 2003 and 2015. According to the key problems of pipeline pressure test such as the selection of regional grade and design coefficient, the requirement of strength test and the tight test requirements, the key problems of pipeline pressure test, such as GB 50251-2003, GB 50251-2015 and ASME B31.8-2012 “Gas Transmission and Distribution Piping System” Relevant provisions of the differences were analyzed. The results show that compared with ASME B31.8-2012 with 0.8 design coefficient, GB 50251-2015 adopts the design factor of 0.8 for the first time in a class I area for the first time; the number of households and / or the density of buildings along the area ASME B31.8-2012 is stricter than GB 50251-2015. In the aspect of strength test and tightness test, GB 50251-2015 supplements and modifies GB 50251-2003 to reduce its conservativeness. However, Incompatibility with ASME B31.8-2012 still exists.
