目的观察不同断面神经束组吻合对大鼠坐骨神经再生的影响 .方法将 32只大鼠随机分为 4组 ,各组大鼠均切断双侧坐骨神经后立即在显微镜下左侧施行不同断面神经束组吻合 ,右侧施行同一断面神经束组吻合 .分别于第 2 ,4,6 ,8周检测两侧坐骨神经运动诱发电位的潜伏期和波幅 ,有髓神经纤维数 .结果各指标经统计学处理 ,术后第 2周 ,实验侧和对照侧之间差异无统计学意义 .结论不同断面神经束组吻合在神经恢复后期有加速神经再生作用 ,优于同一断面神经束组吻合
Objective To observe the effect of anastomosis of nerve bundles with different cross sections on the regeneration of sciatic nerve in rats.Methods 32 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups.The rats in each group were divided into two groups at the left side of the sciatic nerve Anastomosis, right side of the same section of the nerve bundle group anastomosis.The sciatic nerve motor evoked potential latency and amplitude, the number of myelinated nerve fibers on both sides were detected at 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks.Results All indicators were statistically analyzed, There was no significant difference between the experimental side and the control side after 2 weeks.Conclusion Anastomosis of neurofibers with different cross sections has the effect of accelerating nerve regeneration in the later stage of nerve recovery and is better than the same section of nerve bundle group
