术中取患者卵巢浆液性囊腺癌组织移植在裸鼠体内,并传代成功。用该移植瘤进行了试验性化疗。用T/C值(用药组肿瘤体积/对照组肿瘤体积％)表示其治疗效果,T/C>50％无效。用四种药物:顺铂、阿霉素、环磷酰胺及以上三种药物联合进行化疗。其中顺铂疗效最好,其余三种无效。对照顺铂二种给药途径:腹腔注射顺铂停药后,肿瘤增大,裸鼠反应大;肿瘤局部注射顺铂后,肿瘤消失,裸鼠无不良反应。在联合用药无效后,选用了敏感药物丝裂霉素,肿瘤明显缩小。
