企业工会是广大职工维护自身权益、解决纠纷矛盾的重要组织,它对于维护企业管理秩序,促进企业又好又快发展有着重要作用。近年来,经济发展速度不断加快,企业也得到了飞跃发展,但随着经济形势的不断变化,企业和员工的矛盾也逐渐显现出来,同时职工的维权意识也不断增强,导致信访量不断增多。这对企业工会提出了更为严格的要求。如何做好企业信访工作,切实维护职工的根本利益成为新时期工会工作的重点内容。笔者从当前企业信访实际情况出发,探讨企业工会在信访工作中存在的问题,并提出改进措施,为发挥企业工会在企业信访工作中的作用提供一些参考和借鉴。

Based on the actual situation of the current enterprise petition, the author discusses the existing problems of the enterprise unions in the petition work and puts forward the improvement measures to provide some reference and reference for the role of the enterprise unions in the enterprise petition.
