目的研究贵州大方林下栽培天麻的化学成分。方法通过各种色谱方法分离纯化化合物,采用波谱解析等方法确定其结构。结果 共分离得到19个化合物。分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、β-胡萝卜苷(2)、3β,5α,6β-三羟基豆甾烷(3)、β-苯丙烯酸(4)、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛(5)、对羟基苯甲醇(6)、对羟基苯甲醛(7)、对羟苄基甲醚(8)、对甲氧基苄基乙醚(9)、对羟基苄氧基苯甲醇(10)、4,4′-二羟基二苯基甲烷(11)、4,4′-二羟基二苄基醚(12)、4,4′-二羟基二苄基亚砜(13)、4,4′-二羟基二苄基砜(14)、7,8-二甲苯基蝶啶-2,4(1H,3H)-二酮(15)、天麻素(16)、天麻醚苷(17)、腺苷(18)、N6-(4-羟基苄基)腺苷(19)。结论化合物3、4、9、15、19为首次从天麻中得到的化合物。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Gastrodia elata Blume under planting in Dafeng, Guizhou Province. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Results A total of 19 compounds were isolated. Β-sitosterol (1), β-daucosterol (2), 3β, 5α, 6β-trihydroxysteroid (3) P-hydroxybenzyl alcohol (7), p-hydroxybenzyl ether (8), p-methoxybenzyl ether (9), p-hydroxybenzyloxy benzyl alcohol 10), 4,4’-dihydroxydiphenylmethane (11), 4,4’-dihydroxy dibenzyl ether (12), 4,4’-dihydroxy dibenzyl sulfoxide (13), 4 Dihydroxydibenzyl sulfone (14), 7,8-xylyl pteridine-2,4 (1H, 3H) -dione (15), gastrodin (16), gastrodin ), Adenosine (18), N6- (4-hydroxybenzyl) adenosine (19). Conclusion Compounds 3, 4, 9, 15 and 19 are the first compounds obtained from Gastrodia elata Blume.
