需求是人类行为活动的驱动力,英语学习也不例外,高效的英语学习源于学习需求的满足。ESP教学是基于学生需求的针对性教学,合理的ESP教学应当建立在对各专业学生学习需求的调查和分析的基础上。录取方式和专业特点方面的差异导致高校体育专业学生的英语学习需求存在独特性。本研究通过问卷调查方式收集了华东交通大学体育生英语学习现状和学习需求的第一手资料,并对调查材料进行了整理和分析,对指导高校体育生ESP教学有一定的参考价值。
Demand is the driving force of human behavior activities, English learning is no exception, efficient learning from English learning needs to meet. ESP teaching is based on the needs of students targeted teaching, reasonable ESP teaching should be based on the study of the needs of students learning and analysis based on. Differences in admission methods and professional characteristics lead to the uniqueness of college English majors’ English learning needs. This research collects the first-hand information of PE students’ English learning status and learning needs in East China Jiaotong University by means of questionnaire survey. The survey materials are collated and analyzed, which is of certain reference value for guiding college PE students in ESP teaching.
