利用生长速率法和悬滴法,测得生防药剂多粘类芽孢杆菌剂和枯草芽孢杆菌剂对食用菌常染杂菌脉孢霉和青霉菌丝的生长速率和孢子萌发的抑制效果。试验结果显示,两种生防制剂对脉孢霉和青霉有一定的抑制作用,其中,多粘类芽孢杆菌药剂对脉孢霉和青霉孢子萌发的抑制作用明显,抑制率分别为90.44%和65.04%;而枯草芽孢杆菌药剂对脉孢霉和青霉的菌丝生长的抑制效果在处理中表现为最高,抑制率分别为36.29%和46.66%。因此,多粘类芽孢杆菌药剂可以作为杂菌孢子抑制剂,枯草芽孢杆菌药剂可以作为杂菌菌丝生长的抑制剂。
Using the growth rate method and the hanging drop method, the inhibitory effects of the biocontrol agents, polymyxylobacter and bacillus subtilis, on the growth rate and spore germination of edible fungi, Neurospora crassa and Penicillium mycelium, were measured. The results showed that the two biocontrol agents had certain inhibitory effects on Neurospora crassa and Penicillium sp., Of which Bacillus polymyxa sp. Had significant inhibitory effects on the spore germination of Neurospora and Penicillium spores with the inhibition rates of 90.44% And 65.04%, respectively. However, the inhibitory effect of Bacillus subtilis on the mycelial growth of Neurospora and Penicillium was the highest, with the inhibition rates of 36.29% and 46.66%, respectively. Therefore, the Bacillus polymyxa agent can act as a bacterium spore inhibitor and the Bacillus subtilis agent can act as an inhibitor of the bacterium mycelial growth.
