企业的核心竞争力核心竞争力(Core Competence)的概念起源于二战后短缺经济时代,意思是企业关注于自身内部能力的建设,就可以在市场中立于不败之地。1990年,著名管理专家C.K.Prahalad与Gary Hamel所写的《企业核心竞争力》(《TheCore Competence of theCorporation》)中首先提出“核心竞争力”(CoreCompetence)这一术语,并指出:“核心竞争力是在企业组织内部经过整合了的知识和技能,尤共是关于怎样协调多种生产技能和整合不同技术的知识和技能。”
