目的利用NIR技术研究并建立复方丹参有效成分的检测模型,实现生产规模复杂中药体系提取过程的在线质量监控。方法在提取装置上在线采集提取液的近红外光谱,同时进行丹参素的HPLC检测,采用偏最小二乘法建立丹参素的质量浓度检测模型。结果最佳建模波段为9 715~7 082 cm-1,模型相关系数(R)为0.959 4,校正均方差(RMSEC)为0.049 4,预测值与真实值的平均相对误差为7.2%。结论利用NIR技术能够实现生产规模复方丹参提取过程的在线质量监控。
Objective To use NIR technology to study and establish the detection model of compound salvia miltiorrhiza, and to achieve on-line quality monitoring of the extraction process of complex traditional Chinese medicine system. Methods The near-infrared spectra of the extracts were collected on-line in the extraction device. Simultaneously with the HPLC detection of Danshensu, a mass concentration detection model of Danshensu was established by partial least-squares method. Results The best modeling band was 9 715-7082 cm-1, the model correlation coefficient (R) was 0.959 4, the corrected mean square error (RMSEC) was 0.049, and the average relative error between the predicted value and the true value was 7.2%. Conclusion The use of NIR technology can realize on-line quality monitoring of the production process of compound Salvia miltiorrhiza extraction process.
