对正常人３１只眼、近视眼２４６只眼进行角膜中心及其他２４个位点的测量。结果显示，正常人用膜中心厚度为５４１±４５．２９μｍ，近视眼为５４４±３５．０１μｍ。角膜厚度在眼别、性别、不同年龄组及不同屈光度之间差异无显著性；但随着年龄和近视屈光度的增加，角膜中心厚度逐渐变薄。角膜各方位厚度不同，正上方最厚，颞下方最薄，从中心到周边角膜厚度逐渐增加，但不同方位的厚度增加值不同，在ＲＫ手术时应予注意。
31 eyes of normal, 246 eyes of myopia corneal center and other 24 measurements. The results showed that the normal thickness of the center of the film was 541 ± 45.29μm, myopia was 544 ± 35.01μm. There was no significant difference in corneal thickness between eyes, gender, age group and different diopters. But as the age and the refraction of myopia increased, the thickness of corneal center became thinner. The thickness of the cornea is different in all directions, the thickest at the top and the thinnest at the bottom of the temporal cornea. The thickness of the cornea gradually increases from the center to the periphery, but different values of the thickness increase at different orientations should be noticed during RK surgery.
