某机床厂原先加工转子废品率高达90%左右,据介绍主要问题是叶片槽铣削时的啃刀痕迹磨不掉。我厂在铣加工大规格叶片油泵转子槽时(在15公斤力/厘米~2压力下,输油量为80升/分)也出现过同样的问题。特别,为了解决槽对φ4.5退刀孔偏移的问题,学习兄弟厂先进经验,采用先铣槽后钻退刀孔的新工艺后,铣槽的啃刀现象,更为严重,狭槽两侧面磨加工以后,仍会残留有几条铣槽啃刀痕迹——几条逞弧线的刀痕分布在槽侧的不同部位。
