对45CrNiMo1V球齿钎头钢的热处理工艺参数进行了研究,并通过多冲击疲劳试验,硬度测试及金相组织和疲劳断口观察,对所制定的热处理工艺进行了验证。结果表明,45CrNiMo1V钢在880℃油淬、580℃油冷回火的热处理下,其多冲击疲劳寿命较高,钎头壳体硬度平均值为45.5HRC,完全达到工艺要求。
The heat treatment process parameters of 45CrNiMo1V ball tooth bit steel were studied. The heat treatment process was verified by multi-impact fatigue test, hardness test and microstructure and fatigue fracture observation. The results show that the multi-impact fatigue life of 45CrNiMo1V steel is higher under the conditions of oil quenching at 880 ℃ and oil cooling and tempering at 580 ℃. The average hardness of the shell of brazing alloy is 45.5HRC, which fully meets the technical requirements.
