目的:分离鉴定灰毛牡荆Vitexcanescens的化学成分。方法:乙醇提取物硅胶拌样后不同极性溶剂洗脱,各部分经Sephadex LH-20、硅胶、ODS和HPLC分离,所得单体通过UV,IR,NMR及MS波谱分析确定结构。结果:分得6个化合物分别鉴定为20-羟基蜕皮甾酮(1),turkesterone(2),芹菜素(3),(+)-lyoniresinol 3-O-D-glucopyranoside(4),(-)-lyoniresinol 3-O-D-glucopyranoside(5)和异绿原酸(6)。结论:化合物4~6首次从该属植物得到。
Objective: To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Vitexcanescens. Methods: Ethanol extracts were washed with silica gel and eluted with different polar solvents. The fractions were separated by Sephadex LH-20, silica gel, ODS and HPLC. The structures were determined by UV, IR, NMR and MS spectral analysis. Results: Six compounds were identified as 20-hydroxyecdysterone (1), turkesterone (2), apigenin (3), (+)-lyoniresinol 3-OD-glucopyranoside (4), (-)-lyoniresinol 3-OD-glucopyranoside (5) and isochlorogenic acid (6). Conclusion: Compounds 4~6 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
