贵州镇胜公路某大桥是一座主跨636m的地锚式钢桁梁悬索桥,桥面板设计为板桁分离的正交异性钢桥面板。大桥2008年建成通车,经过6年的运营,钢桥面板与钢桁梁间的连接支座出现了较为严重的病害情况。该文以大桥钢桥面板支座病害调查情况为基础资料,针对滑动盆式支座常见典型病害对桥面板工作状态的影响进行了分析,并从设计选型、施工安装以及养护管理等方面对产生支座病害的原因进行了初步探讨,最后给出了支座病害处置建议。
A bridge of Guizhou Sheng-Sheng Highway is a ground-anchored steel truss suspension bridge with a main span of 636m. The bridge deck is designed as an orthotropic steel bridge deck separated by a plate girder. The bridge was opened to traffic in 2008 and after 6 years of operation, the connection between the steel bridge deck and the steel truss girder showed a serious disease situation. Based on the investigation of the disease of bridge abutments in Daqiao Steel Bridge, the paper analyzes the influence of common typical diseases of sliding abutments on the working status of bridge deck. From the aspects of design selection, construction and installation, and maintenance management, The causes of bearing disease were preliminarily discussed, and finally the advice of bearing disease treatment was given.
