本文从炉子结构、设计参数、炉衬及砌炉工艺等方面介绍了一种工频无芯短线圈保温炉,该炉已于1976年在北京第二机床厂投产。实践表明:能有效地提高铁水温度,因冲天炉熔化热效率达50%左右,而对铁水过热率仅5~10%,工频无芯保温前炉过热效率达50%以上,故双联使用效果良好。其次层焦比提高20%左右,仍能得到较满意的铁水温度。铸件内在性能从浇注试棒看,亦有较大的提高。
In this paper, a kind of power frequency coreless short coil holding furnace was introduced from the structure of furnace, the design parameters, the lining of furnace and the process of building furnace. The furnace was put into operation at No.2 Machine Tool Plant in Beijing in 1976. Practice shows that: can effectively improve the temperature of molten iron, because the cupola melting thermal efficiency of about 50%, while the hot metal overheating rate of only 5 to 10%, power frequency coreless overheating furnace efficiency of 50% or more, so the double effect good. Followed by layer coke ratio increased by about 20%, still can get more satisfied with the hot metal temperature. Intrinsic casting performance from the casting test to see, but also greatly improved.
