建立适用于两对主基因差异的数量性状分析的混合模型,提出利用似然函数分析数量性状的尺度效应、主基因分离比例、主基因效应和微基因效应的方法,并应用于水稻矮生性实验。结果表明,半矮杆籼稻品种南京11号带有的矮杆主基因,效应大约为36~50cm,一枝腊所携带的矮杆主基因,效应约为56~62cm。微基因效应以加性为主,且主、微基因存在显著互作,但互作效应和微基因效应均远小于主基因效应。
A hybrid model suitable for the quantitative trait analysis of two major genes was established. The method of using the likelihood function to analyze the scale effect, the major gene segregation ratio, the major gene effect and the micro gene effect of quantitative traits was proposed and applied to rice dwarfity experiment . The results showed that the effect of dwarf rod main gene in semi-short stalk indica rice Nanjing 11 was about 36-50 cm, and the effect of dwarf rod main gene carried by litchi was about 56-62 cm. Microglobulin effect is mainly additive, and there is significant interaction between main and microgenes, but the interaction effect and micro-gene effect are far less than the main gene effect.
