农村教学一直没有实质性进展的原因多种多样,尤其是语文教学,多年的实践教学让我清楚地认识到教学效果没有明显提高的原因,除了一些客观因素外,老师和学生自身的原因占据主导地位。为了提高教学效果和质量,作为老师要转换观念,吸取教训,优化课堂教学时间与结构,创设以学生为主体的相关教学活动,培养学生的创新精神,改变目前语文教学停滞不前的现状。为创造真正有效的语文教学献出自己的一份力量。
There are many reasons why there has been no substantive progress in rural teaching. Especially in Chinese teaching, many years of practical teaching made me realize clearly that the teaching effect has not obviously improved. Except for some objective factors, teachers and students dominated their own reasons status. In order to improve teaching effectiveness and quality, teachers should change their concepts, learn the lessons, optimize the time and structure of classroom teaching, set up teaching activities with students as the main body, cultivate students’ innovative spirit and change the current situation of language teaching stagnation. To create a real and effective language teaching dedicate their part.
