目前在生产晶体管的单位与使用晶体管的单位中已经广泛地使用着各种类型的图示器,如JT—1,JT—3,QT—1,QT—4等。这些仪器如果使用不当,不仅测得的参数数值误差大,有时甚至会烧毁晶体管,严重的还会损坏仪器。因此,深入了解图示器的工作原理,正确地使用它,对于保证精确测量和安全生产有很大意义。各种图示器的使用方法,每种仪器说明书中都有详细的介绍,在这里我们只简单地谈谈几个应该注意的普遍问题。
