企业之间的竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争,尤其是高素质人才的竞争。本文从企业文化建设、人才外部招聘、职工内部培训等方面阐述了提高职工素质的途径。
The competition among enterprises, in the final analysis, is the competition of talents, especially the competition of highly qualified personnel. This article elaborates ways to improve the quality of workers and staffs from the aspects of corporate culture construction, recruitment of talents outside, internal training of employees.
