呋喃西林是常用的外用药物,它在水中的溶解度为1:4200,其0.02%水溶液性质稳定,渗透力强.对皮肤粘膜无刺激,临床上多用于冲洗腔道,创面,伤口换药等。由于它的水溶液浓度低,对有些细菌(如霉菌,绿脓杆菌)作用弱,其0.02%水溶液在放置过程中仍有结晶析出,因而抗菌效果不理想。为了增强呋喃西林溶液的抗菌效果,扩大抗菌谱,笔者试加了0.01%的醋酸洗必太,结果发现少量的醋酸洗必太和微量的乙醇,能提高呋喃西林的水溶性(0.05%)。经临床使用效果满意.
Nitrofurazone is a commonly used topical drug, its solubility in water is 1: 4200, its 0.02% aqueous solution is stable and has strong penetrating power, it has no irritation to the skin and mucous membrane, and is used clinically for flushing the wound cavity, wound dressing and dressing changing. Due to its low concentration of aqueous solution, some bacteria (such as mold, Pseudomonas aeruginosa) weak role, its 0.02% aqueous solution is still in place during the crystallization process, which antibacterial effect is not satisfactory. In order to enhance the antibacterial effect of nitrofurazone solution and expand the antibacterial spectrum, the author tried to add 0.01% acetic acid chlorhexidine, and found that a small amount of chlorhexidine acetate and trace amount of ethanol could improve the water solubility of nitrofurazone (0.05%). Satisfactory results by clinical use.
