本 文以“八 五”期间筛 选的21 份玉米抗 冷自交 系为被测 系,采用 N CⅡ 交配设计 的原理和方法 ,研究了12 个性状 的配合 力及其群 体遗传 参数 。结果 表明 :被 测系 各性 状的 一般 配合 力方差均达 极显著 水平。吉880 等5 个自交系 的综合性 状较优 ,可在育 种中 直接 利用; 而吉906 等4 个自交系 的综合 性状较差 ,需改良 后方可利 用;其余 自交系部 分性 状的 一般 配合 力较 优,可 用来 改良其它自交 系或作 为选育二 环系的 基础 材 料。被 测 系多 数 性状 的一 般 配合 力方 差 大于 特殊 配 合力方差, 且多数性 状的遗传 力小于50 % ,环境方 差偏大。
In this study, 21 maize cold-resistant inbred lines selected during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period were used as tested lines. The principles and methods of N CⅡ mating design were used to study the combining ability of 12 traits and their population genetic parameters. The results showed that the variance of the general combining ability of tested characters reached extremely significant level. Ji 880 and other 5 inbred lines of the comprehensive traits better, can be used directly in breeding; and Ji 906 and other 4 inbred lines less comprehensive traits, to be improved before use; some other inbred lines in general Good combining ability, can be used to improve other inbred lines or as a basis for breeding of the second ring system. The variance of general combining ability of most traits was greater than that of special combining ability, and the heritability of most traits was less than 50%, and the variance of environment was too large.
