车站及专用线经常装运集重货物,车底架受力形式不同,校核车梁强度采用弯矩比较法,可大大简化计算程序,并易于推行,以利生产。本文首先允绍编制的“60吨鱼腹型平车最大容许弯矩表”作为计算依据,用中、侧梁三点集中载荷的例子求出实际弯矩,再与最大容许弯矩进行比较,以确定合理装载方案;然后再用装载钢筋预应力混凝土桥梁的货物转向架为例,根据其实际弯矩,选择合理车型。最后介绍了计算最大容许弯矩的方法。
