目的:研究胃肠间质肿瘤(GISTs)的组织起源、分化以及细胞增殖。方法:应用LSAB法观察CD34等系列标记物在28例GISTs中的表达。结果:GISTs中CD34和Vim的阳性率高达88.5%和94%,且阳性程度强;肌源性和神经源性标记为部分阳性且相对偏弱;CD34和PCNA在良恶性GISTs中表达无差异,Ki67有一定区别。结论:GISTs是一类独立的非定向分化的肿瘤,可能起源于胃肠道原始间叶组织,部分可伴有不完全的平滑肌或(和)神经鞘细胞分化,组织学上类似平滑肌肿瘤或神经鞘肿瘤,CD34和Vim是较为特异而敏感的标记物。
Objective: To study the tissue origin, differentiation and cell proliferation of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs). Methods: The LSAB method was used to observe the expression of CD34 and other markers in 28 cases of GISTs. RESULTS: The positive rate of CD34 and Vim in GISTs was as high as 88.5% and 94%, and the positive degree was strong; myogenic and neurogenic markers were partially positive and relatively weak; CD34 and PCNA were expressed in benign and malignant GISTs. Differences, Ki67 has some differences. CONCLUSIONS: GISTs are a type of independent, non-directionally differentiated tumors that may originate from the original gastrointestinal mesenchymal tissue, may be partially accompanied by incomplete smooth muscle or (and) sphingomyelin differentiation, and are histologically similar to smooth muscle tumors or nerves. Sheath tumors, CD34 and Vim are more specific and sensitive markers.
