黑米醒酒羹主要含葛根、花提取物,葛根主要含葛根素木糖甙(Puerarin—Xyloside)、大豆黄酮(Daidzin)、β—谷甾醇(β—Sitosterol)、花生酸(Arachidic Acid)、葛根素(Puerarin)及淀粉。历代本草均记载:葛根味甘、气平、无毒,民间常作食用,荒年多充饥。历代医家均用其“治肺燥,生津止渴,解酒毒卒中”。我们用黑米醒酒羹及葛根水提取液,测其对小鼠、家兔醒酒和防醉实验。 1 实验材料 黑米醒酒羹制成浸膏剂及葛根水提取液由安徽省
