近期,笔者观摩了一些武术课,感觉有些教学方法及手段的运用不甚理想,有的甚至事倍功半。具体表现在以下几个方面: 1.准备活动不实用准备活动分为一般性准备活动和专门性准备活动。在武术课堂上,可以做平时学生已习惯的动作,如扩胸运动、体转运动等。或者利用拳、掌、钩等手型和弓步、马步、仆步等设计一套武术操。这对于学习主教材有直接的帮助,减小了学习难度,有利于学生更快地掌握动作。而有的老师安排健美操或跟主教材没多大联系的徒手操等做为准备活动,这些既不属一般性准备活动,也不属专门性准备活动,不易于学生接受,实用效果不理想。
