目的:为了开发利用小柴胡(Bupleurum tenue Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don)的天然资源,阐明其有效成分,对小柴胡根进行了化学成分研究。方法:运用色谱手段和波谱方法分离并鉴定化合物。结果:分离并鉴定8个化合物,它们的结构分别被鉴定为Kaerophyllin(1),Isokaerophyllin(2),咖啡酸乙酯(3),柴胡皂苷元F(4),槲皮素(5),山柰酚3-O-葡萄糖(6),芦丁(7),β-谷甾醇(8)。结论:化合物1,2,3,4,6,8均为首次从小柴胡中分得。
Objective: In order to develop the natural resources of Bupleurum tenue Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don and clarify its active ingredients, the chemical constituents of Radix Bupleurum were studied. METHODS: Compounds were isolated and identified using chromatographic methods and spectroscopic methods. Results: Eight compounds were isolated and identified and their structures were identified as Kaerophyllin (1), Isokaerophyllin (2), Ethyl caffeate (3), Saikosaponin F (4), Quercetin (5), Kaempferol 3-O-glucose (6), rutin (7), β-sitosterol (8). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 were firstly obtained from Scutellaria barbata.
