试验结果表明:苗期缺水条件下不同品种间在叶片相对电导率方面表现轻微差异,不足用来作抗旱性比较;而枞形期的叶片相对电导率只有土壤有效水接近凋萎系数时才表现品种间的抗旱性差别,如有效水分1.66—0.55%时抗旱品种的相对电导率低,不抗旱的相对电导率高,这时所测的叶片水势与抗早性关系不大,所以试验认为用相对电导率法测定抗旱性应在枞形期水分胁迫下进行为宜。
The results showed that there was a slight difference between the relative conductivity of different varieties under different waterlogging conditions in seedling stage, which was not enough to compare the drought resistance. The relative conductivity of leaves in the coniferous stage was only when the available water in soil was close to the withered coefficient The differences of drought resistance among the cultivars showed that the relative conductivity of drought-resistant cultivars was low when the effective water content was 1.66-0.55%, and the relative conductivity of drought-resistant cultivars was not high. The determination of drought resistance by relative conductivity method should be carried out under the condition of water stress under coniferous period.
