体育场馆作为各高校运行的基础设施,是保证教学质量的前提。体育场馆管理人员的综合素质,是高校体育场馆发展的动力与活力的支撑。一套好的高校体育场馆管理人员的绩效考核体系可以充分调动体育管理人员的积极性、主动性和创造性,可以使高校体育场馆管理人员的潜能得到更好的发挥。本文主要对构建高效体育场馆管理人员考核体系从理论上进行思考和阐述,力争为相关部门做好高校体育场馆管理人员绩效考核工作提供参考。
As an infrastructure for the operation of colleges and universities, stadiums and gymnasiums are the prerequisites for ensuring the quality of teaching. The overall quality of stadium and gymnasium managers is the support for the development of gymnasiums and gymnasiums in colleges and universities. A good performance appraisal system for college gymnasium managers can fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the gym managers and make the potentials of university gymnasium managers play a better role. This paper mainly focuses on the construction of an evaluation system for stadium gymnasium managers in theory, and strives to provide references for relevant departments to do a good job in performance appraisal for college gymnasium managers.
