长期以来,落后的中国汽车工业一直受到关注,特别是加入 WTO后的挑战更是引起学术界、政府、企业界的普遍担忧。然而,这种担忧更多的只是针对轿车产业,对处于“散、乱、差、小”的零部件工业关注的人则相对少得多。该文认为,根据中国汽车工业的发展目标,到2010年将形成年产600万辆汽车的生产能力,其中轿车400万辆,并形成3~4家年产汽车100万辆以上具有独立自主的产品开发能力和国际竞争力的大公司集团,真正把汽车工业建设成为国民经济的支柱产业。这个目标的实现与否很大程度上取决于我国汽车零部件工业的发展。
For a long time, the underdeveloped China’s auto industry has always been the subject of attention.
