目的探讨牙体缺损修复过程中玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩的应用效果,寻找更有效的修复方案。方法 97例牙体缺损修复患者(共146颗牙),按照所使用修复体的不同分为两组,玻璃纤维桩组49例(74颗牙),铸造金属桩组48例(72颗牙)。随访12个月,观察两组修复前及修复后12个月牙周状况,12个月后的修复效果以及桩核冠修复成功情况,并进行比较。结果与铸造金属桩组比较,玻璃纤维桩组的边缘适合情况和颜色匹配情况改善明显(P<0.05),即提示玻璃纤维桩组的修复效果显著优于铸造金属桩组;玻璃纤维桩组桩核冠损坏共6颗,铸造金属桩组桩核冠损坏共17颗,二者相比,玻璃纤维桩组的成功率明显比铸造金属桩组更高(P<0.05)。结论在牙体缺损修复过程中,玻璃纤维桩修复效果更好,成功率更高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of glass fiber post and cast metal post in the process of tooth defect repair and to find a more effective repair plan. METHODS: Ninety-seven patients (total of 146 teeth) with dental defects were divided into two groups according to the type of prosthesis used: 49 (74 teeth) in glass fiber posts and 48 (72 teeth) in cast metal posts . The patients were followed up for 12 months. The periodontal status of the two groups before and 12 months after the repair, the repair effect after 12 months and the successful restoration of the post and core crown were observed and compared. Results Compared with the cast metal pile group, the edge fit and the color matching of the glass fiber pile group improved significantly (P <0.05), indicating that the repair effect of the glass fiber pile group was significantly better than that of the cast metal pile group. A total of six core damage and a total of 17 core crown damage were found in the cast metal pile group. The success rate of the glass fiber pile group was significantly higher than that of the cast metal pile group (P <0.05). Conclusion During the repair of dental defects, the repair effect of glass fiber post is better and the success rate is higher, which is worth to be popularized.
