目的为了总结经验,降低招飞误淘率,提高招飞合格率,为民航招收更加优秀的飞行人才而开展此项工作。方法1993~1998年上站体检的应届男性高中毕业生共计6648名,年龄17~20岁,平均18.2岁,对1993~1998年招飞体检淘汰原因统计表及招飞体检档案进行分析、总结,列出各类疾病逐年淘汰率及1993~1998年各科淘汰率。结果6年淘汰原因人次最多的为:视力不良6人次,身、腿长不足5人次,心理测验差6人次,隐斜视超标5人次,血压超标5人次。此外,眼科、五官科淘汰率呈下降趋势;内科淘汰率呈上升趋势,神经科淘汰率自1996年始呈上升趋势;外科淘汰率无明显变化。结论由于现代化客机的引入,对民航飞行人员视力要求相应降低,现行体检标准视力部分要求偏严,建议放宽。招飞中对隐斜超标者,考虑其在高空环境因素如缺氧、疲劳等因素影响下,易产生复视,对飞行活动影响较大,故取舍应慎重。由于内科血压超标淘汰者80%为精神紧张及疲劳所致,并非心血管系统器质性病变,应尽量减少误淘率。总之,应本着“重功能、轻形态”这一理念,降低招飞淘汰率。
Objective To summarize experience, reduce the mistaken rate of recruit mistakes, improve the passing rate of recruit students, and recruit more outstanding aviation talents for civil aviation to carry out this work. Methods From 1993 to 1998, a total of 6648 freshmen were enrolled in this study. A total of 6648 male high school graduates aged 17-20 years (mean 18.2 years old) were recruited. The statistical analysis of the reasons for the surgeries eliminated from 1993 to 1998 and the physical examination files were conducted. In conclusion, the annual outflow rates of various diseases and the elimination rates of all the departments from 1993 to 1998 were listed. Results The most frequent causes of obsolescence in 6 years were 6 cases of poor eyesight, 5 cases of body and leg length, 6 cases of poor psychological test, 5 cases of implicit strabismus and 5 cases of excessive blood pressure. In addition, the rate of ophthalmology and ENT declining was declining; the rate of internal medicine decollation showed an upward trend, and the rate of neurovirucing was on an upward trend since 1996; and there was no significant change in the rate of surgeries. Conclusion Due to the introduction of modern passenger aircraft, the requirements on the visual acuity of civil aviation pilots are correspondingly reduced. The prevailing standard parts of the physical examination are demanding, and it is suggested to relax. Invasion of hiding over the standard deviation, considering its high altitude environmental factors such as hypoxia, fatigue and other factors, prone to diplopia, the greater impact on the flight, so the choice should be careful. Due to medical blood pressure exceeded 80% out of stress and fatigue caused by stress, not cardiovascular organic disease, should minimize the error rate. In short, the concept of “focusing on functions and light forms” should be followed in order to reduce the rate of strokes and strikes.
