每种情绪都有它的正面价值:不是给我们一份力量,便是指引我们一个方向。要想从做自己情绪的主人,必须由认识自己的情绪和接受它们开始。由一个小故事说起——从前,有一个脾气很坏的男孩,他的爸爸给了他一袋钉子,告诉他,每次发脾气或者跟人吵架的时候,就在院子的篱笆上钉一根。第一天,男孩钉了37根钉子。后面的几天他慢慢学会了控制自己的脾气,每天钉的钉子也逐渐减少了。他发现,控制自己的脾气,实际上要比钉钉子容易得多。终于有一天,他一根钉子都没有钉,他高兴地把这件事告诉了爸爸。
Each emotion has its positive value: not giving us a power is to guide us in one direction. To become masters of your own emotions, you must begin by understanding your emotions and accepting them.
