考察了钾-锰、钠-锰、锂-锰三个系列的氧化物催化剂在不同有机物深度氧化反应中的活性变化规律,发现掺钾对氧化锰催化活性影响最显著。在丁酮、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯和丙烯腈的深度氧化反应中,掺适量钾或钠可提高氧化锰的催化活性,而在丙烯、甲烷、苯、二乙胺、吡啶和一氧化碳的深度氧化反应中,掺加碱金属则使氧化锰催化活性下降。
The changes of activity of three series of oxide catalysts, potassium-manganese, sodium-manganese and lithium-manganese, in deep oxidation of different organic compounds were investigated. It was found that potassium addition had the most significant influence on the catalytic activity of manganese oxide. In the deep oxidation of butanone, n-butanol, ethyl acetate and acrylonitrile, the appropriate amount of potassium or sodium can increase the catalytic activity of manganese oxide, while at the depth of propylene, methane, benzene, diethylamine, pyridine and carbon monoxide In the oxidation reaction, the addition of alkali metals decreases the catalytic activity of manganese oxide.
