我科于1996～1997两年中,对60例婴幼儿咳嗽患者应用止咳散敷贴足底治疗并进行临床观察,取得了较好效果,现总结如下:1 一般资料 60例中男性35例,女性25例。年龄6个月以内16例,6个月至12个月24例,1岁至3岁20例。诊断为上呼吸道感染36例,急性感染性喉炎4例,急性支气管炎16例,哮喘性支气管炎4例。临床主要表现为阵发性咳嗽持续一周以上,其中42例应用西药治疗效果不佳而转中医治疗。 I Division in 1996 ~ 1997 two years, 60 cases of infant cough patients apply cough and scattered dressing foot treatment and clinical observation, achieved good results, are summarized as follows: 1 General Information 60 cases of male 35 cases, 25 cases of women. 16 cases were within 6 months, 24 cases were from 6 months to 12 months, and 20 cases were from 1 year to 3 years old.
