目的:了解广州市大学生的生殖健康知识、态度和行为现状,完成对高校学生生殖健康教育的需求评估,为探索适宜的教育管理模式、提高大学生生殖健康水平提供参考依据。方法:采用不记名的自我报告式问卷,对广州大学城10所高校2341名学生进行调查。结果:有效回收2167份,有效回收率为92.6%;67.5%的受调查者赞成婚前性行为,16.3%的学生有过性行为;性传播疾病知识平均得分为74.32分,生殖避孕知识平均得分为56.37分;受调查者曾接受过生殖健康教育占25.3%,媒体是最重要的生殖健康知识来源(70.8%);92.8%学生认为学校开设相关课程必要或者非常必要。结论:大学生生殖健康教育落后于现实需求,学生观念和行为日益开放的同时缺乏对相关知识的认识,应根据高校学生的特点针对性地加强生殖健康教育工作。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the current situation of reproductive health knowledge, attitude and behavior of undergraduates in Guangzhou and to evaluate their needs for reproductive health education in colleges and universities, and to provide reference for exploring proper educational management mode and improving reproductive health of undergraduates. Methods: Using an anonymous self-report questionnaire, 2341 students from 10 universities in Guangzhou University City were investigated. Results: The effective recovery rate was 2167, with an effective recovery rate of 92.6%. 67.5% of respondents agreed with premarital sex and 16.3% of students had sex. The average score of knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases was 74.32, and the average score of knowledge of reproductive contraception was 56.37 points; 25.3% of the respondents had received education in reproductive health, and the media was the most important source of reproductive health knowledge (70.8%); 92.8% of students thought it was necessary or necessary for them to start relevant courses. Conclusion: The reproductive health education of undergraduates lags behind the actual demand. Students’ concepts and behavior are becoming more and more open. At the same time, their cognition of relevant knowledge is lacking. Reproductive health education should be strengthened according to the characteristics of college students.
