利用折光率方法测定溶液的浓度,国外有不少文献报道了这方面的工作:(1)测定了一部分药房常用溶液不同浓度的折光率;(2)找出了折光率与浓度的关系:溶液当采用重/重浓度时,折光率与浓度成二次曲綫关系;当采用重/容浓度时,则成直綫关系;(3)温度对折光率与浓度关系的影响:有的文献指出,溶液折光率与浓度的关系不受温度的影响,而有的文献又报道溶液的折光率与浓度的关系随温度而异,提高温度可使曲綫关系变为直綫关系。国内有些单位在这方面也进行了一些工
