为探讨前庭刺激方式、强度、运动病症状与ENG变化的关系,对62名飞行人员分成Ⅰ和Ⅱ两组(各31名),用科氏加速度及角加、减速度的不同刺激强度诱发眼震(ENG)进行分析。结果:科里澳利加速度刺激诱发眼震慢相波幅、快相波幅、慢相速度和快相速度值低。而角加、减速度刺激诱发这四项参数值高;柯氏刺激强度大,运动病症状重,刺激强度小症状轻;症状与旋转眼震的慢相波幅、慢相速度、快相速度和频率无关,与快相波幅相关。
In order to investigate the relationship between vestibular stimulus, intensity, motion sickness symptoms and ENG changes, 62 pilots were divided into two groups (31 for each), Ⅰ and Ⅱ, and were induced by different stimulus intensity of Coriolis acceleration, angular acceleration and deceleration Earthquake (ENG) for analysis. Results: Coriolis acceleration stimulated slow-phase amplitude of nystagmus, fast phase amplitude, slow phase velocity and fast phase velocity. While the angular acceleration and deceleration stimuli induced these four parameters are high; the strength of Kor | Stimulus is large, the symptom of motion sickness is severe, the irritation intensity is small, the symptom is mild; the slow phase amplitude, slow phase velocity, fast phase velocity and Frequency has nothing to do with the fast phase amplitude.
