大数据指数据量较大但价值密度低且信息多变的大量数据组合。人们生产数据的能力因为信息技术特别是互联网的发展与日俱增。大数据带来的信息风暴正在变革我们的生活、工作和思维。从旅游者、旅游企业和旅游管理部门等方面深刻地影响着旅游产业的未来发展。大数据具备数量大、即时性、非结构化等特点,故其收集、分析、应用等方面存在问题。旅游产业为适应大数据时代的变革,应树立大数据意识、不断积累数据,采取挖掘分析数据的方法,培养大数据人才等措施来积极应对。
Big data refers to a large amount of data but a combination of a large amount of data with a low volume of information but a variable amount of information. People’s ability to produce data is growing as information technology, especially the Internet, grows. The information storm brought by big data is revolutionizing our lives, our jobs and our thinking. From tourism, tourism enterprises and tourism management departments and other aspects of profound impact on the future development of the tourism industry. Big data has a large number of real-time, unstructured, etc., so the collection, analysis, application and other aspects of the problem. In order to adapt to the changes in the era of big data, the tourism industry should establish a big data awareness, continue to accumulate data, adopt methods of mining and analyzing data and cultivating big data talents to respond positively.
