为建立抗细粒棘球绦虫成虫的单克隆抗体细胞株 ,采用经口感染狗肠壁上寄生的成虫制备抗原免疫BALB/c小鼠脾细胞与骨髓瘤sp2 / 0进行细胞融合。结果显示经筛选克隆后建立了一株分泌抗成虫单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株 ,命名为 2G5E8F4E4。腹水的抗体效价为 1∶12 80 0。初步建立了分泌抗细粒棘球绦虫成虫的单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞株。
In order to establish a monoclonal antibody cell strain against adult Echinococcus granulosus, the BALB / c mouse splenocytes were immunized with myeloma sp2 / 0 cells for immunoprecipitation using adult worms infected with intestinal parasites. The results showed that a hybridoma cell line secreting anti-adult monoclonal antibody was established after screening cloned and named as 2G5E8F4E4. The ascites antibody titer is 1:12 80 0. A monoclonal antibody hybridoma cell line secreting anti-Echinococcus granulosus adults was initially established.
