With the operation of the socialist market economic system and the continuous improvement of the level of social civilization, the establishment of a social-psychological-biomedical model has brought new opportunities and challenges to the construction of hospitals. In order to adapt to the situation, the hospital must constantly update its concepts, strengthen its own construction, win the trust of the people with its high-quality service and good reputation, and be invincible in the competition. To this end, our hospital carried out a “patient-centered” overall service activity and received good social and economic benefits. “Overall service” is a systematic and relatively uniform service procedure.
