本文对企业的HSE培训工作进行了反思,主要立足于对管理人员HSE培训的分析,探讨了培训的体系性问题和培训与企业HRM的融合的问题。认为培训工作的滞后性在一定程度上导致了HSE管理体系推进工作的迟缓。建议企业在规划和实施管理人员的培训时,既要系统地规划,又不可超越规律;有必要通过培训的策划和实施,对管理层的HSE意识和能力进行规定和测量,并纳入人事决策的管理。
This article reflects on HSE training of enterprises, mainly based on the analysis of HSE training for managers, discusses the training system problems and the integration of training and enterprise HRM. Think the lag of training work to a certain extent led to the slow progress of HSE management system. It is suggested that when planning and implementing management training, enterprises should not only systematically plan but also go beyond the law. It is necessary to stipulate and measure HSE awareness and capability of management through the planning and implementation of training and should be included in personnel decision-making management.
