目的:探讨阿苯达唑对小鼠旋毛虫囊包幼虫的作用机制。方法:应用形态学、组织学及组织化学方法观察阿苯达唑治疗后囊包幼虫的形态学、组织学及酶的活性变化。结果:阿苯达唑治疗组,囊包幼虫的结构明显破坏,虫体缩小与断裂,部分虫体被吸收,囊包内伴有炎细胞浸润。组织化学染色显示,治疗组虫体糖原减少, R N A、 S D H、 A T Pase、 A C P活性均低于对照组,而 L D H 活性高于对照组。结论:阿苯达唑对旋毛虫的生理功能有影响。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of action of albendazole on larvae of mouse Trichinella spiralis. Methods: Morphological, histological and enzymatic activity changes of larvae were observed by morphological, histological and histochemical methods after albendazole treatment. Results: Albendazole treatment group, larvae larvae significantly damaged the structure, narrowing and rupture of parasites, some parasites were absorbed, sac accompanied by inflammatory cell infiltration. Histochemical staining showed that the activity of R D, A T Pase and A C P in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, while the activity of L D H was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: Albendazole has an effect on the physiological function of Trichinella spiralis.
