教育部在2009年8月12日颁布了《中小学班主任工作规定》,该规定从班主任的职业发展、职务晋升、参与学校管理、待遇保障、表彰奖励等多个方面强调了班主任在学校教育中的重要地位,对广大班主任教师来说应该是一个极大的鼓舞和激励,应该会让那些越来越多不愿做班主任的老师减少些顾虑。然而,现实情况下,教师是否因此提高当班主任的热情呢?在新的条件下,如何做一个好班主任,好班主任的标准是什么?这些问题不得不引起我们广大教师的思考。从本期开始,我们就围绕这些问题展开大讨论,各班主任教师还可就此各抒己见,为当一名适应时代发展的高素质的班主任贡献智慧。
