近两年来我院进行环境微生物监测530份标本,达到卫生学标准365份,合格率68.6%,反映科室真实情况,也与采样选择条件有关。绿脓假单胞菌、大肠埃希氏菌、金葡萄是造成下呼吸道、切口感染的主要菌种,得出空气微生物的污染与医院感染的密切相关性。空气含菌量与物体表面洁净度有直接关系。加强消毒隔离措施,监测资料教育职工,提高医院感染意识,发现造成医院感染的危险因素,是领导解决问题的依据,对制订有关控制医院感染措施起到决定性作用。
In the past two years, our hospital conducted 530 environmental microbiological monitoring samples, reaching 365 hygiene standards with a pass rate of 68.6%, reflecting the real situation of the department and also related to sampling selection conditions. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, and Grape are the main bacterial species that cause lower respiratory tract and incision infections. It is concluded that there is a close relationship between airborne microbial contamination and nosocomial infection. The amount of bacteria in the air is directly related to the surface cleanliness of the object. Strengthening disinfection and isolation measures, monitoring data education of staff and workers, raising awareness of nosocomial infections and finding the risk factors of nosocomial infections are the basis for the leadership to solve the problems and play a decisive role in formulating measures to control nosocomial infections.
